In modern office space design, how to deeply integrate the physical environment with organizational philosophy has always been a topic of exploration for designers and companies alike.

Located in Haifa, Israel, Atid Network is a national organization that operates dozens of schools and educational institutions. Rather than choosing a cookie-cutter modern office style, they invited DeStudio to create a unique 27000-square-foot (approximately 2000 square meters) space.

在这个空间，你看不到冰冷的隔断与刻板的布局，取而代之的是一种能让人自然联想到校园的温暖与活力 ——

这正是 Atid 想要传递的：办公空间本身，也可以成为教育理念的延伸。

In this space, you won't find cold partitions or rigid layouts. Instead, you'll find a warm and vibrant atmosphere that naturally evokes the feeling of a campus —

this is precisely what Atid aims to convey: that office spaces themselves can also serve as an extension of educational philosophy.

Atid Network作为运营数十所学校及教育机构的专业组织，其前瞻性教育理念、对卓越的追求，成为空间设计的核心出发点。

Destudio的设计团队以“开放、包容、创新”为三大关键词展开规划——

As a professional organization operating dozens of schools and educational institutions, Atid Network's forward-thinking educational philosophy and pursuit of excellence became the core starting point for the space design.

Destudio's design team used "openness, inclusiveness, innovation" as the three key words for the planning.

● 透明感通过大面积玻璃幕墙与开放式网格布局实现，打破物理隔阂的同时，呼应教育领域“知识共享”的本质。

Transparency is achieved through large glass curtain walls and an open grid layout, breaking down physical barriers while echoing the essence of "knowledge sharing" in the field of education.

● 归属感则渗透在材料选择中，木材、本地石材与柔软纺织品的运用，营造出如同校园般温馨自在的氛围，让员工与访客都能快速产生情感联结。

A sense of belonging permeates the choice of materials, with the use of wood, local stone, and soft textiles creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere reminiscent of a campus, allowing employees and visitors to quickly form an emotional connection.

● 创新精神则体现在空间的“可变性”上，会议室与工作区采用模块化设计，可根据需求灵活转换为会议、学习或独立办公模式，适配教育机构多元的工作场景。

The spirit of innovation is reflected in the "flexibility" of the space. The meeting rooms and work areas are designed in a modular format, allowing them to be flexibly converted into meeting, learning, or independent office modes as needed, adapting to the diverse work scenarios of educational institutions.

Upon entering Atid's headquarters, the most immediate impressions are "smooth" and "intuitive." The design team has incorporated thoughtful details across three levels to create a space that is both practical and meaningful.

● Light and View

Natural light is considered an "invisible design element" of the space.

The layout of transparent partitions and open circulation spaces allows light to penetrate each area unobstructed, reducing reliance on artificial lighting.

● 材质与细节：品牌与环境的无缝融合

温暖的木质饰面、触感丰富的纹理与柔和色调构成空间的基础氛围。

而源自Atid牌语言的大胆图形元素则作为点缀，形成 “柔和基底+ 鲜明标识”的平衡。

更值得关注的是，定制木工制品、声学隔断及品牌家具均由内部团队参与开发，既确保了功能与美学的一致性，也让空间更具“专属感”。

● Materials and Details

Warm wooden finishes, rich textures, and soft tones form the basic atmosphere of the space.

Bold graphic elements derived from Atid's brand language serve as accents, creating a balance between a "soft base" and "distinctive branding."

Notably, custom woodwork, acoustic partitions, and brand furniture were all developed in-house, ensuring consistency between functionality and aesthetics while enhancing the space's sense of exclusivity.

● Visitor Experience

The creation of a sense of belonging begins the moment visitors step into the space.

Through the seamless integration of materials, layered changes in lighting, and the brand's visual identity system (such as walls, furniture, and lighting) seamlessly incorporated into the details, Atid gradually conveys the "community spirit" it advocates, allowing every visitor to feel the warmth and cohesion of the organization.

当所有设计元素协同作用，Atid最终呈现出的是一个 “现代且富有意义”的工作场景——在这里，设计不再是表面的装饰，而是成为Atid Network身份的一部分。
